We are located at Landerigatan 17 and offer municipal care and support to people with various needs for a shorter period. Short-term guests come to us directly from the hospital or from their homes. We provide good and safe care and support based on government decisions, according to the individual's needs. The working method is rehabilitative and person-centered, focusing on the individual's participation and influence. The goal is to support the short-term guest in rehabilitation and provide special care and support so that the short-term guest can return home or prepare for moving into a care and nursing home.

About You

Requirements:

• We are looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant, can show the National Board of Health and Welfare's certificate of protected professional title, or can show that you were employed as a nursing assistant at the introduction of the new regulations. And a vocational education of at least 200 credits in rehabilitation, psychiatry, dementia, or multi-sick elderly.
• You should have work experience in care and support.
• Furthermore, the role requires computer skills for documentation and deviation management in various IT systems, as well as good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

Meritorious:

• It is meritorious if you have worked in short-term care.
• It is meritorious with work experience in mentoring groups and/or individuals.
